Directions from Union Station
There is a free USC shuttle bus from Union Station to the USC Health Science Center (HSC). The schedule can be found under the following link (Union Station to HSC). This bus doesn't stop anywere but at the campus of the medical school. Once arrived, walk down San Pablo Street. The ZNI is the second building on the left side of the street.
Directions from LAX
From LAX first take the I-105 West, then the I-110 North, and then the I-10 East. From the I-10 East (San Bernardino Freeway), just past the I-5 interchange, take the Soto street exit. Turn left, heading north on Soto, over the freeway and past Hazard Park. At the light, turn left on Alcazar and at the first stop sign turn right onto San Pablo Street. The University parking lot is directly on your right (current daily parking fee: $8). The Zilkha Neurogenetic Institute is a short walk from this lot, a five-story building one block south on the east side of the street, across from University Hospital.
Alterntively, there is a shuttle bus from LAX to Union Station (Flyaway) that leaves roughly every half an hour. From Union Station there are shuttle buses to USC as described above.
